MB QUART NAUTIC AUDIO RANGE SHOWCASED AT METS 2008

Marine Equipment Trade Show, 18th - 20th November 2008, Stand 07.626
MB Quart will have its outstanding range of technically advanced yet easy to use marine audio visual equipment on display at this year's METS 2008. Specifically developed to meet the requirements of the marine environment, each product line of the Nautic Audio range undergoes stringent testing to ensure it can withstand rain, saltwater and even extreme temperatures, offering boaters highly reliable equipment that provides brilliant clarity and sound quality.

The innovative product range includes the MB Quart iPod* dock, the latest addition to the MB Quart Nautic Audio / Visual range and this season's must-have accessory to complement boat audio systems. Also on display is the WM1-BB (Black Box) an exceptional audio visual processing centre (APC) that enables boat owners to control all multimedia entertainment onboard through one central system.

MB Quart iPod* Dock
Launched earlier this year, the MB Quart iPod Dock is designed for classic iPods, iPod nanos, iPod Touch and iPhones. The docking station allows boaters to enjoy all their tunes onboard by enabling owners to control their music from their MB Quart entertainment system's faceplate as well as any of the range's compact controllers. For additional convenience the iPod* dock can be mounted either vertically or horizontally on practically any surface or dash on the boat. It also comes complete with interchangeable adapters and insets and connects to any cable with 30-pin iPod dock connector.

This fantastic piece of equipment comes in a choice of two colours, black or chrome bezel and is exceptionally priced at £79.00 including VAT.

MB Quart WM1-BB
Featuring MB Quart's dynamic design, outstanding performance and quality finish, the APC black box is a flexible and easy to use unit. The system is compatible with a range of MB Quart Nautic audio and visual equipment, offering a convenient, versatile solution that can be made as simple or full featured as needed to suit users individual entertainment requirements. The WM1-BB processing centre seamlessly combines any one or all of the following equipment into one system; Slave DVD and CD players, LCD hardwired radio controllers and infrared remotes, iPods* and MP3 players and CD changers.

Features also include complete iPod and satellite integration as well as USB flash drive capabilities supporting up to 4Gb of MP3 and WMA formats. In addition, the APC accepts the MB Quart I-connect cable allowing users full control and viewing of digital displays on the receiver and controller faceplate from an iPod.

With a power down memory to retain preset information, the WM1-BB APC also comes complete with an AM/FM tuner with 12 Am/18 FM presets and 5 preset EQ settings that enable users to change the sound to suit the occasion as well as 3 RCA pre-outs including subwoofer level and crossover and an AUX line input.

Specifically designed for the marine environment, the processing centre is manufactured with conformal coated PCB, making it moisture-resistant and able to withstand salt and UV exposure.

The WM1-BB (Black Box) audio visual processing centre (APC) is competitively priced at £119.00 including VAT.

The German-engineered MB Quart Nautic Audio range is making its METS debut this year and the UK based European distributor of these exceptional products is looking for local distributors across Europe.
