18th January 2009, Stand N38A C A Clase,
one of the UK's leading distributors of
marine electronics for leisure and commercial
users, will be unveiling the Sea-Cross CX100
navigation system at the 2009 Collins Stewart
London Boat Show. Complete with unique radar
functions, incredible system reaction time
and an easy to use interface, the high performance
product has been designed to provide users
with high speed and accurate navigation
data.
Housing a large colour screen, the technologically
advanced yet simple to use Sea-Cross CX100,
gathers all necessary navigation information
onto one single screen by fully integrating
data from GPS, radar, wind meters and all
other NMEA-indicators.
The Sea-Cross CX100
The Sea-Cross CX100 integrates sophisticated
radar background underlay (RBU) and non-terrestrial
object enhancement (NTE) software to deliver
clear, precise navigation, helping to significantly
enhance boaters' awareness and safety at
sea. In addition, the CX100 incorporates
a market-leading system reaction time (SRT)
of 2 seconds for both course and position
updates, making Sea-Cross the obvious choice
for boats travelling faster than 30 knots.
The large 'track-ball' control has been
ergonomically developed to ensure market
leading ease-of-use, even in the toughest
weather conditions. With the innovative
'track-ball' and three button control users
are able to easily navigate around the system
without the use of manuals.
