TV ANTENNA SYSTEMS FOR RV AND MOTORCOACH

first time in the UK, the new KVH
TracVision R4 and TracVision R5 satellite
TV antennas. Designed to offer the
recreational vehicle (RV) and motorcoach
markets access to popular entertainment
whilst traveling, the TracVision R4
and R5 are the latest static and in-motion
satellite TV antenna systems from
KVH, the world's leading provider
of mobile satellite television and
communication antenna systems.

TracVision R5
The TracVision R5 is the new fully automatic
in-motion satellite TV antenna system with
integrated DVB technology that provides
numerous channels of digital programming,
enabling users to keep up to date on all
the latest news, movies, sport and music
on the road. The system measures and compensates
for the motion of the vehicle thanks to
an active, gyro-stabilised design providing
dynamic, fully automatic satellite tracking
that enables the antenna to acquire and
maintain a lock on the satellite, allowing
users to enjoy seamless reception on the
move.
Featuring a low profile impact resistant
dome, which also protects the antenna against
the weather, the maintenance free TracVision
R5 offers reliable and easy access DVB satellite
transmission signals over 51 dBW EIRP. The
system also offers users a choice of Astra28E,
Astra19E, Hotbird, Hispasat, Thor or any
user-specified DVB-compliant satellite.
The unit is priced at £1899 including
VAT. Just add decoder and TV of your choice.
A micro 12V "Free-to-air" satellite
decoder is available for £129.00 including
VAT.
TracVision R4
A modern alternative to 'fold-down' units,
the TracVision R4 is an automatic, domed
satellite TV antenna system which provides
access to DVB compliant TV satellites throughout
Europe within their range. Designed for
use when the vehicle is stationary, the
built in DVB® decoder provides fast
yet positive satellite identification and
tuning, allowing users to benefit from hundreds
of channels of satellite TV entertainment
as well as excellent digital -quality music.
It is also compatible (as the downlink)
with high speed internet services via selected
TV satellite services.
The TracVision R4 antenna is housed in a
weatherproof dome, which negates the need
to stow the system when traveling, providing
an easier, more convenient solution. The
system is competitively priced at £1299
including VAT. The TracVision R4 also comes
complete with a two year parts and one year
labour warranty and can be easily upgraded
to enable the R5 in-motion tracking facility.
The latest addition to the option list is
a twin LNB upgrade kit - available on new
R4/R5 models and for retrofit to TracVision
S3/L3 products
